Trying to start off with your New Years Resolution?

We are going to try help with the Healthy Club who have organised a 6K walk around the area. Starting THIS Monday 9th January at 7pm in the Mungret St. Pauls Clubhouse. Bring the family and the neighbours along. 

If you have a hi-Vis vest please bring it along.

Dogs will need to be on a leash at all times and owners must be responsible.

A walk with friends is a great way to pass time as you shed the pounds.
