This Saturday 15 October starting at 11am our club will host the Pa O'Brien U-10 Hurling Tournament with a series of matches against visiting teams from Newtown Shandrum, Broadford, Sixmilebridge, Dromin Athlacca and Banogue with Mungret St. Pauls producing two teams. 

Each team on the day will be guaranteed 3 matches. Catering will be provided on the day by the hardworking Parents of our own U-10 Group and we welcome ALL Hurling followers to drop in, have a cup of tea and a chat, and - most importantly - be entertained by the excellent Hurling skills of our own players and those from the other Clubs.

This celebration of Juvenile Hurling is a relatively new tournament to our club apply dedicated to one of our Presidents of Mungret St. Pauls who is a loyal supporter to all age groups of hurling, Pa holds a life time of club games in his memory and will be keeping his keen eye on the players on the field on Saturday as he marks in his mind as the "the ones to watch". 

We welcome Pa, Theresa and the extended O'Brien family who will be out to support the games on Saturday. Throw in will be at 11am sharp, your support on the day will be greatly appreciated. 

We would also welcome helpers to the hall so the parents of players are able to go watch their children play and as always donations of sandwiches, biscuits and cakes delightfully accepted.
