Mungret St. Pauls 3-19 Garryspillane 1-5
On Friday 19 August in Knocklong with a very stong wind this ment that the scoring had to be spot on. Knocklong opened the game with what turned out to be their only score in the first half. Mungret St. Pauls played a tidy game and made use of open spaces and each other very well. They finished the first half 12 points ahead of Garryspillane Gaa. The second half brought the goals along with some great saves. Garryspillane had a stronger second half but were unable to get the better of Mungret St. Pauls who retained the lead throughout the game.
