Women on the Move (Online Programme) is a 4 week activity programme suited to all age groups and abilities.
- Each session lasts for 45 minutes and are online via Zoom twice per week (Mondays + Wednesdays)
- The sessions are led by a qualified and experienced tutor which aim to improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and mobility.
- Basic nutrition will also be discussed throughout the four weeks.
- Each participant registered will receive a dyna band which you will be shown how to use and incorporated into sessions.
