On Saturday 23 April in Rathkeale the girls did our club proud. They first played Ballygran Newtownshandrum where they had a great result of 3-1 to 0-0 win. They then met Monaleen where they had a close encounter but left the pitch on top on the score 2-1 to 1-3. The third match was another one sided match with 2-3 to Mungret St. Pauls and 0-0 to Kileedy. The fourth match was the toughest challenge of the day and this is where the girls put everything into the match. This was the Semi final and after a NewcastleWest titanic battle with they unfortunately lost by a point on the A Feile semi final. Our girls and mentors put a massive effort into preparations for today and deserve huge credit for same an behalf of all involved with Mungret St. Pauls Camogie we would like to say a big thank you.
