Download the MyLife app from the App Store or Google play store on your mobile device.

Register for MyLife     

How do I join the challenge?

From the “Me Today” screen tap on “Social”

Select “Challenges”

From the available challenges select your province

Join the challenge and select your club

To track your steps you must have a fitness wearable (e.g. a Fitbit) or fitness app (e.g. Google Fit for Android or Apple Health for iPhone) connected to the MyLife app.

The score is calculated on a team average basis.
