Are you trying to work out how to start the year on a good foot? Why not join in the Healthy Club's 6 weeks walking with Operation Transformation and Ireland Lights Up as it gets underway, both will be on different days of the week so it will be a great opportunity to get involved in at least one of the upcoming events promoted by our Healthy Club. A great way to get you back into your pre Christmas figure. If you are taking part in a weight loss or healthier life programme we would love to see your group come along and join in.It will start on Thursday 9th January 2020 at 7.30pm and then take place on Mondays and Thursdays at 7.30pm for 6 weeks.

We recommend a €2 donation each night you walk with all the donations going to St Gabriel's Respite Centre. We look forward to seeing you all at the club house.
