Mungret St. Pauls 2-12 Knockaderry 2-6

In the Bog Garden in Rathkeale on Thursday 11 July the Junior B footballers went up against Knockaderry in the County Semi Final.

This was a great game for Mungret St. Pauls who lead from the start and kept the pressure on. There was a little lull in the play from Mungret St. Pauls as Knockaderry clawed themselves back to one point behind but a sure footed goal set Mungret st. Pauls up again. Well done to the players, onto the Final.

FINAL- Mungret St. Pauls 0-7 Banogue 1-24

Not Mungret St. Pauls' day on Sunday 14 July in Croom as they were behind from the start and failed to catch up with only one point  scored in the first half they left a lot of catching up to do in the second half. They finished strong scoring most of their points in the final 15 minutes, but it was too late at that stage. Well done to Banogue who out classed Mungret St. Pauls on the day.
