Traveling to Bruff on Monday 13 August Mungret St. Pauls came on at a run and had scored a goal and 4 points in the starting 10 minutes before Bruff tried to match but were 3 points shy. Mungret St. Pauls came back again and added their second goal with another 2 points, Bruff repeated their original burst with another goal and point with Mungret St. Pauls closing the half on their seventh point, a 5 point lead.
Bruff came out the stronger at the restart with 2 points and this is where their scorign ended as Mungret St. Pauls settled into their stride and took a confident win. Thank you to the U-14 players who stood up to the challenge for this match with no substitutes available they played a full match.
