Mungret St. Pauls 0-8 Pallasgreeen 0-12
In Claughaun on 21 July there was a bit of a cold breeze when Mungret St. Pauls lined out against Pallasgreen. It took a few minutes and a wide from Mungret St. Pauls before Pallasgreen put up their first 2 points. Mungret St. Pauls came back with a matching score but easy frees given to Pallasgreen were aiding to their lead while Mungret St. Pauls were sending their chances to the wrong side of the uprights. Half time saw Mungret St. Pauls behind 0-4 to 0-7. 
Mungret St .Pauls came back strong in the second half and brought them up to a point behind only to let it slip away again. Mungret St. Pauls were standing off their men and not letting the ball do the work. Pallasgreen took advantage of Mungret St. Pauls slipups and added to their increasing lead to win the game
