The team had their final two games in the 11 aside league. Last Thursday the team played Murroe Boher in Murroe. This was a great close game where both teams demonstrated great skills and determination to win the ball. Mungret St. Pauls team came out winners by a couple of points. Monday evening saw the rearranged game against Kildimo Pallaskenry in Pallaskenry. The first half was a one side game with Kildimo Pallaskenry taking all their chances. In the second half the Mungret St. Pauls players stood up and produced a more determined game with better use of the ball, tighter marking and improved team play. The players await the next stage of the league after winning two and losing two games. As players head off on holidays we wish them all the best and hope to have as many as possible as more games come up during the months of July and August. Training continues on Tuesday at 6pm and Friday at 7pm.
