Ballinacurra Gaels 2-12 Mungret St Pauls 1-11 
Thursday 29 June in Ballinacurra was the meeting place for the Junior B footballers when they played Ballinacurra Gaels. It was not the best of nights for a football match but Mungret St. Pauls started off strong with a well placed ball in the home goal. This was cancelled out with a penalty for Ballinacurra Gaels. Mungret St. Pauls had the breeze advantage but did not use it as best they could and only finished the half with a point lead. 
The second half saw Mungret St. Pauls struggle as they were kicking into the breeze and the kickouts were not getting where they were ment, leaving us to work the ball up the field without loosing possession. A second goal was needed but Mungret St. Pauls were unsuccessful in this endevour, taking the loss.
