Mungret St. Pauls 0-11 Ballybrown 1-19
In Kildimo on a very wet Friday 27 May was where the neighbours met for the Junior Football final. Mungret St. Pauls started the game with a goal save with Ballybrown coming out quite strong, it was the frees where their points were being made at the start. Mungret St. Pauls were quick in their response and brought the game on even score until Ballybrown took the lead and control of the rest of the game. Mungret St. Pauls did not give up especially in the second half where the Mungret St. Pauls defenders were put to the test when Ballybrown fought to get a second goal but with the back line standing together denied all chances taken and left Ballybrown shooting a free to point.
The second half saw a lot of wides with Ballybrown taking 8 wides and Mungret St. Pauls with 5 wides.
Our neighbouring parish took the trophy home.
