Mungret St. Pauls 0-8 Monaleen 2-4
On Sunday 30 April the Féile hurling finals took place in Claughaun. It was a sunny but very breezy day with the wind crossing the pitch it was not going to favour either team. Monaleen got stuck in from the beginning but Mungret St. Pauls were slow to start. In the first 20 minutes Mungret St. Pauls were only able to convert 3 points while Monaleen achieved a goal and 4 points and a strong lead going into the second half. Mugret St. Pauls started off after the break stronger getting in the fourth point in the first minute, they continued to climb back on the score board to draw level and the game really started to take off with both sides wanting a win and the minutes ticking away. A lucky shot on goal sealed the win for Monaleen and left our U-14 players heartbroken. It has been confirmed that both teams will go forward to represent Limerick in the Hurling Féile, more details to follow.Team; JJ Harrington, Barry Duff, Conor White, Darragh O'Connor, Jack McCarthy, Oisin Moss, Colin Rochford, Billy Molineaux, Daragh Bridgeman, Conor O'Halloran, Liam Lynch, Mark Moroney, Fintan Fitzgerald, Cillian O'Gorman, Jason Hassett, Cian Moloney, David Guilfoyle, Fionn O'Dwyer, Liam Moran, Mark O'Brien, Marcus Lyons, Eoin O'Hagan, Rian Murphy.
