Mungret St. Pauls 1-11 Newcastle West 0-7
Newcastle West traveled to Mungret for the first match in the Premier Championship on Friday 14 April. This was a great start for our Minor team where there was a lot of play up and down the field but it was Mungret St. Pauls that was more on target with their scores. With some attempts on both goals Mungret St Pauls were the only ones to succeed with one goal getting past the Newcastle West goalies grasps. While some difficult shots were pointed it was sometimes the easier ones that disappointed. Overall a great result in the starting game.
