Mungret St. Pauls 3-13 Ballyhoura Gaels 2-10
It was the perfect weather for a match when the U-16 hurlers welcomed Ballyhoura Gaels to Mungret on Monday 10 April. This was the first championship match for this team, at the start they were playing cautiously, it took a while to settle into the game. The second half saw Mungret St. Pauls come to the fore and take charge, each player played their part and put the first game down as a win. They are not due out again until after the exams.
