It was great to have 25+ men attend Mungret Men on the Move information slot on Monday night, we start next Monday at 6.30 -7.30pm at the GAA Club. All that is needed is a pair of runners and enthusiasm so come along, next Monday will include a basic health test and will start our 12 week programme finishing up with a trip to Croke Park...all men are welcome to this Community Health Project.
